MySpace Music (http://www.myspace.com/music) in partnership with TurboTax® Federal Free Edition, are proud to offer an exclusive free download of The Fray's new track "Syndicate" off of the band's recently released 2nd studio album titled The Fray. Fans can listen to and download "Syndicate" for free by visiting TurboTax's official MySpace profile (http://www.myspace.com/turbotax). The song is currently available for download via the MySpace Music Download program at no cost through Saturday, February 21st.

Additionally, users are encouraged to share this download with their friends, marking the first time MySpace Music users may recommend a song utilizing a viral music sharing opportunity. The easy sharing process is as follows:

· User downloads the song for free.

· They can automatically send the link via their MySpace email to anywhere from 1- 40 friends per email.

· Users who receive the free download invitation from their friend, then have up to seven days to accept a shared music stream.

· Once downloaded, the MP3 will be saved on the user's desktop and is completely DRM free thus allowing users to place the song on any music player.

The Fray is Isaac Slade (vocals and piano), Joe King (guitar and vocals), Dave Welsh (guitar) and Ben Wysocki (drums and percussion).
